3. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
The MOQ for certain items is 100 pieces. Specific quantities can be discussed based on product type and order requirements.
4. Do you provide samples for confirmation?
Yes, samples are available for review and confirmation. Sample fees and shipping costs are borne by the customer.
5. How long does it take to confirm a custom design?
A mock-up sample will be provided within 7 to 14 business days after receiving the design file. Special requirements can be discussed.
6. How long is the production lead time?
After order confirmation, production takes approximately 30 to 60 business days. Expedited services are available upon prior arrangement.
7. What are the payment terms?
A 30% deposit is required upon order confirmation, with the balance due before shipment.
8. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, shipping costs are calculated based on destination and order volume. Please contact us for details.
9. Are your products environmentally friendly?
Yes, our PE eco-bags are reusable, recyclable, and non-toxic when incinerated.
10. Do you provide product warranties or after-sales services?
If any issues arise, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product for assistance.
